Chisel, Whao
Complete pounamu chisel. The cross section is rectangular. The surface is bruised with flaking down both the front and back. There is minor demarcation of the blade, with the sides reduced towards the poll. Both sides have sawing marks. Both front and back are bevelled and the bevels are continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is straight and blunt.
