Complete adze. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is ground on lower blade, bruised on back and butt. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved, chipped on proper left side and along mid cutting edge. "Pareora" written on front and back.
