Adze, Toki
Complete adze. The cross section is rectangular. The surface is ground but there is flaking on the butt and near the chin. There is minor differentiation between the butt and the blade due to the sides tapering in slightly towards the poll and the change in surface between the blade and butt from ground to flaked. There is a chip on the proper right hand side. The bevel is demarcated by an oblique ridge at the chin. The cutting edge is sharp and straight with some flaking on it.
