Beater, Paoi
Complete wooden patu aruhe (beater for preparing fern root). Spatula shaped blade with parallel sides and a lenticular cross-section. The distal end is rounded. There is a distinct shoulder between the upper blade and the handle. The handle is circular in cross-section with knob on proximal end. There is a build-up of dirt on both sides of the blades. There are several hair cracks on surface.
