Adze, Toki

Broken adze. Poll end not present. Triangular cross-section. The blade is partially ground on the bevel and front. The surface is primarily flaked and unground stone. There is no differentiation between the butt and the blade. The sides taper towards the poll. The bevel is demarcated by a faint line, and a transition from ground to unground stone. The blade is sharp, curved and lightly chipped.
