Adze, Toki
Broken adze, butt only The cross-section is oval at the top of the butt and trapezoidal with the back narrower than the front at the bottom of the butt. The surface is ground on the top of the blade. The sides, front and back of the butt is bruised and there are flake scars on the butt. The front is reduced and the shoulder is raised. There is some flake scars on the butt. The blade is broken off.
