Broken pounamu chisel, lower blade remaining. The cross section is asymmetric as a result of the break. The surface is ground with flaking on the proper right side. The diagonal break has flaking originating from it as well. The proper right side has sawing marks. The blade is broken too far down to ascertain the bevel style. The cutting edge is straight and sharp, with some chipping.
