Complete toggle, manufactured from a bone flute. There is one large oval perforation of the side of the toggle, and a partial perforation at both the proximal and distal end. The edges of the bole hole are serrated. The surface is decorated with lines that wrap around the toggle, creating a crosshatched pattern.
