Complete toggle. Large longitudinal split at top of toggle on either side of perforation. Visible repair at bottom of toggle. There is a large perforation at the top. This toggle is finished at both ends. There are darkened striations across three quarters of the surface, in an overlapping chevron pattern. Sticker on the side reads "Warrington 6/5/93 no. 5"
