Mostly complete flute, the distal end is missing a fragment. There is a visible repair at this end where a fragment has been reattached. There is a perforation at the proximal end, and three perforations along the top. There are darkened striations in a cross-hatching pattern at the distal end. There are several longitudinal surface cracks.
