Piece of worked pounamu. Mid-green with silver and black inclusions and a dark green-grey band running diagonally from the proximal end to the distal side. Surface is ground. Teardrop-shaped, tapered at the proximal end and broad and rounded at the distal end. Small drill mark at the proximal end indicates this may have been intended as a pendant.
