Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Stone. Dark grey, mid grey. Cross-section is semi-circular front flattened. Surface is mostly bruised on blade, becoming more bruised towards butt, with flaking on poll. Minor differentiation between butt and blade, front slopes down and sides taper towards poll. Bevel is demarcated by a line, cutting edge is sharp and curved, lightly chipped. Fragment/large chip missing from proper right side. Balclutha written on back.
