Complete pounamu gouge. The cross section is rectangular. The surface is ground with flaking on the cutting edge, and poll. There are sawing marks on both sides. The bevel is delineated by two lines, joining at a shallow chin. The cutting edge is curved and blunt, with flaking on the proper left.
