Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Stone. Grey. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface of blade is ground, surface of front butt is bruised, other surfaces are flaked. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Back of butt is reduced, sloping up towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved. Otago is written on front.
