Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Light grey stone. Cross-section is trapezoidal, with back narrower than front. Surface is ground and flaked. Major differentiation between butt and blade; sides reduced to form shoulders. Bevel is demarcated by a curved line. Cutting edge is curved and sharp but chipped. "Waimate" inscription on back.
