Adze, Toki
Complete unfinished adze. Dark brown stone. Quadrangular cross-section. The surface is mostly ground with bruising on the sides and butt. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The sides of the blade taper in from the cutting edge towards the poll. The bevel is smooth and continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is sharp and chipped.
