Adze, Toki
Complete adze, grey stone. Plano-convex cross-section with the back narrower than the front. The surface is ground and bruised with large flake scars on the cutting edge, the poll and the back proper right of the butt. There is a rounded protruding shoulder on the front of the blade, and a slight reduction in the stone on the front and sides of the butt. The bevel is continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is chipped and blunt.
