Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Stone. Dark grey. Cross-section is trapezoidal, with slightly rounded edges, with back narrower than front. Surface is ground down front and back, with bruising on sides. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is heavily chipped, straight, sharp where unbroken. "Maori Kaik" written on back. Small sticker on back "731".
