Complete adze Cross-section is trapezoidal, with back narrower than front. Surface is highly ground, except at poll which is bruised. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, though sides taper towards poll. Bevel demarcated by a line, cutting edge is sharp and curved, with chip close to proper right side.
