Complete adze. Black stone. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is ground on the blade and bruised on the butt. Differentiation between butt and blade; sides of the butt are reduced to form shoulders. Bevel is continuous with the blade. Cutting edge is curved and sharp. "Taieri Hds." inscription.
