Complete adze Cross-section of blade is triangular with apex to back, and front slightly rounded. Cross-section of butt is oval. Surface is ground. Major differentiation between butt and blade, with front and sides reduced. Bevel is demarcated by lines, coming to a point mid blade. Bevel is slightly concaved. Cutting edge is sharp and curved.
