Te Kohinga Taoka Māori
Collection Record
Fishhook Point, Drill Point, Pendant, He Kura
Piece of pounamu/nephrite. Mid-green kawakawa variety. It is unclear what the function of the taoka is, whether a fishhook point, drill point, or a broken pendant. One end has a diagonal break across top. There is a kink almost half-way down the taoka, and then it tapers to a point at the other end.
