Pendant, He Kura
Mostly complete pounamu pendant, broken at the suspension hole. Possibly reworked from a chisel. Dark brown and green waikokopu variety. Surface is ground. Square cross section. Tapered at each end. Bevel demarcated by a line on the proximal end, just below the suspension hole. Distal end is rounded, with an indented bevel, demarcated by a change in surface. Remnants of red paint or wax on one side.
