Complete adze Cross-section is trapezoidal, with back narrower than front Surface of front is mostly ground, butt is bruised. Back is flaked. No differentiation between butt and blade. Sides taper towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade. Cutting edge is sharp and curved, chipped.
