Site Reference Form, Site reference from for a rock drawing shelter in Oamaru. Site name is "Troublesome Gully", recorded 29th May, 1970, by N F Turner.

Correspondence, 1969, Correspondence from G S Park. A letter to Janet M Davidson concerning work in Southland and advising her to contact Arthur McKenzie, 18th December 1969. A site reference form with G S Park as the filekeeper, site name is Centre Island and was "Archaic and Late Maori Occupation", reported by J Hanel, 11th of December 1969. Last piece of correspondence was to advise of a revised edition of "5181-2/8", dated 15th December 1969.

Correspondence, Correspondence and a brochure concerning Tautuku and the Otago Youth Adventure Trust. The brochure gives information on the planned youth adventure camp, and asks for donations to the project. Letter from G S Park to the Otago Youth Adventure Trust Secretary, includes his donation and questions whether evidence of early Maori settlement at the site will be a feature of the youth camp. The reply from the secretary advises that no destructive excavation will take place.

Correspondence, 1971, Letter from Janet Daniels (?) to Doug. 22/7/1971. The author is asserting their support for work in Wairarapa, says there needs to be more communication between NZ sites. Discusses his support for NZAA and suggests that a graduate's association not necessary. Further discusses views on professional vs amateur archaeologists in NZ, also Dunedin's and Otago university's place within broader NZ archaeology.

Correspondence, 1971, Letter from B G Dorwick, Westland County Engineer to G S Park, 1st March, 1971. Asks Park for information concerning archaeological evidence at Neils Beach as a subdivision was being planned and Dorwick wanted to protect remains.

Correspondence, 1971, First letter from G S Park to Janet on the 21/6/1971, apologising for his absence at a council meeting, discusses site recording schemes and Southlanders attitudes towards the scheme. Another piece of correspondence from John Daniels to Peter that G S Park had held onto. It provides a revised version of the site recording scheme, dated 8/7/1968.

First piece of correspondence and the copy of it give a list of historic reserves in Otago. the following two letters are about further work to establish protected archaeological material in those locations.
