Letter, 06/08/1906, Henry H Travers to Professor W B Benham, Asks whether Benham wishes to purchase requested bird skin for himself or for his exhibition. Negotiations opened with the government for his skins, for exchange with foreign museums. Also has 9 complete Moriori skeletons and 30 skulls, obtained in 1863.
