letter, 16/12/1932, Manager New Zealand Insurance Company Limited to H D Skinner, Correspondence regarding Skinner's house being unoccupied for several days. Enclosed with the letter is a cover note for 1450 pounds to protect Skinner while his house is unoccupied(possibly due to a fire?).
