letter, 01/01/1935, David Teviotdale to Miss Cathirwood, Went to Westhaven on West Whangariui? Inlet trying to find Pa that WHS Roberts said was there in 1850's. Difficult to reach site. Only found anchor stone. Mr Hornsey brought 3 very large, well made, blackstone adzes at Pa Kawau. Going to look at collection of pendants at Motueka and wooden material at Hope.
