Skinner to Dunedin District Traffic Manger, Instructed by Mapoutahi Pa Sub-Committee of the Museum Management Committee to ask the District Traffic Management to improve picknicking facilities at Mapoutahi Pa. Suggests a path from railway down to Pa, and a fresh water tap on seaward side of railway line.
