letter, 04/11/1935, H.D. Skinner to Mrs. G.Fitzgerald, Requesting the displays of Mrs.G.Fitzgerald personal collection of Lace and other Textiles. Request made from H.D.Skinner after recommendations from Mrs.Jackson, Mrs.Purdie and Miss Hart. The exhibition will be held for two months as the end date would be a day or so before Christmas and would be a lot of the work stress on the staff. Assurance of the safety of the collection is made and should she agree, Miss Daff would go and select some for display at the exhibition. Request for Mrs. Fitzgerald to call the Museum to discuss the matter is made.
