The Committee will discuss your offer of the portrait next Tuesday, but it is unlikely they will pay that price. I cannot tell you how much the Committee paid for the Gilfrillan sketchbooks, but less than your portrait offer. If the Committee rejects your offer, you should submit the portrait to public auction at Wellington.
