letter, 22/06/1934, H D Skinner to Dora [de Beer], Regarding gift to museum from Dora and Mary and Marquesan collection which is presented as their gift. Encloses a list of the pieces with name, provenance and value. Highlights some items including a rare shell trumpet with carved tiki in human bone and tassels of human hair. Discusses representation at the Anthropological Congress and hopes that Dora will be able to represent the museum. Dr. Archie Durward will represent the university.
