At the last meeting of the Portobello Marine Board one member reported you had said you collected a large number of publications dealing with fishery matters, he believes that these papers were bulletins, reports and other similar publications. A number of them cannot be traced. Believe these are not purposely retained papers which are property of the Board and of value but you may have held them of reference during the production of your last report. We wish to complete the series in the stations library and acting under instruction of the Board, asking if you can kindly return them.
