Note, 26/02/1941, 26/2/1941 Shag River. From G Griffiths to HD Skinner, says he is sending over pieces of a Moa egg found, and discusses its quality. Mentions he will offer it for sale to all four chief museums, but would first like to loan it to Otago museum.
