Rough out The cross-section is asymmetrical. The surface is natural stone. No distinction between butt and blade. No distinction between butt and blade.

Complete adze. Rectangular at the poll, lozenge at the blade. The surface is ground with bruising all over, and flaking on the front and back of the butt and toward the blade on the back. Butt has minor differentiation, the shoulder tapers in on the left side proper. The bevel is demarcated by a very faint ridge. The cutting edge is sharp, smooth and straight, with flaking in the centre.
