Complete adze. Stone. Black. Cross-section is oval. Surface is mostly ground, with flaking on sides. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Bevel is demarcated by a line, cutting edge is sharp and curved. Romahapa Swamp written on back, Southland NZ written on front. complete Oval butt, trapezoidal blade front wider than back. Ground with major bruising on the butt and back of the blade. There is major differentiation between the butt and blade with reductions from the blade to butt on all sides. The bevel is continuous with the blade. The Bevel is concave. The cutting edge is curved and sharp.

complete rectangular. The surface is ground with slight chips. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The bevel is distinguishable from the blade by a ridge. The bevel is straight. The cutting edge is straight and sharp but lightly chipped.

Broken adze. Butt and poll portion not present. Trapezoidal cross-section. Back narrower than front. The blade is heavily bruised and flaked, with a ground area on the front. The bevel is continuous, The cutting edge is heavily chipped and broken.

Broken patu paraoa, broken at the butt and at the blade edge. Surface is heavily worn. Tapered toward the handle.

Complete sinker with faint transverse lashing groove.

Broken silcrete blade that has the proximal portion and medial portion present. It is mid brown and light grey in colour. There is a large flake scar near the proximal end of the dorsal surface. There is bifacial retouching on the proper right lateral margin.

Complete roughout (previously broken, since fixed). Stone. Mid grey. Cross-section is oval. Surface is flaked and bruised. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved.

Complete adze. Stone. Black. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is ground, with some flaking on sides and poll. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Bevel is demarcated by a line, cutting edge is sharp and curved, some very light chipping.

Complete patu rakau. The butt has a knob with a projection on one side. Handle is tapered to the proximal end. A longitudinal ridge runs down the centre of the patu on one side, from the butt to the distal end of the blade. Shoulders where the butt meets the blade, demarcated by two curved carvings, meeting at the longitudinal ridge. Blade is elongated, tapering to a rounded point at the distal end. Perforation at the distal end of the blade, drilled from both sides. Sides edges of the blade are heavily chipped and weathered.

Complete wooden bowl. Lenticular shape with steep sides and flattened lenticular base. One end tapers to a rounded spout that is flush with the rim of bowl. The other end is broken. Interior is charred in centre of base and part of the sides.

Complete piupiu waist garment made from undyed flax. Scraped flax sections create approximately seven square motifs with a horizontal band either side. Small tassels have been attached throughout the flax tags. The waistband is approximately 11cm wide with a 3 ply whiri (plait) at the top. As extensions to the whiri, twisted whenu (strands) make up waist ties. These extensions are finished with large tassels.
