Complete curved fishhook point fragment.

Complete straight fishhook point. Notches at base. End of base broken.

Complete straight fishhook point with 4 notches at base. Barb is present on opposite side towards the point portion.

Complete albatross bone awl. There is a suspension hole at the proximal end. The back of the suspension hole is enlarged by chipping. The distal end is sharpened into a blunt point with worn notches along the edges.

Six light brown moa feathers stored in glass, recovered from the three ply braid of a kakahu.

Broken chisel. Pounamu. Dark green, light green. Cross-section is asymmetrical. Surface is mostly ground, though some sides are bruised. One side has sawing marks down it. Undifferentiated between butt and blade. Bevel and cutting edge not present. Tarewai Point written on side.

Complete tattoo chisel. Hafting end has a notch on either side. Cutting end is sharp and curved. There are striations on the lower portion of the chisel, running longitudinally.

Complete but unfinished toggle. Finished at both ends, no perforation. Cracks along surface.

Complete adze. The cross section of the blade is trapezoidal with the back narrower than the front. The cross section of the butt is plano-convex with the back flattened. The surface is predominantly ground, with bruising along the sides of the butt. There is a significant fragment missing from the proper right side of the front, including the corner of the cutting edge. The butt is differentiated by the a change in cross section. The poll is flanged at the sides and rounded at the top. The bevel is continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is asymmetrically curved, with the proper left side of the blade longer than the right. The cutting edge is chipped and blunt.

Complete whalebone mere. Surface is ground. There is a perforation drilled at the proximal end. There is major differentiation of the poll, with the butt rounded. The butt has two haehae (carved lines) on the poll. The distal end is rounded and worn. The proper left cutting edge is flattened from wear.

Complete adze. Oval Surface is ground with bruising around butt and down sides. Butt has minor differentiation; sides taper slightly. Bevel is demarcated by a faint curved line. Cutting edge is smooth, sharp and straight on a slight angle.

Complete Trapezoidal with bsck narrower than front. Front of blade is bruised around butt and ground around bottom portion. Back of blade is also bruised with grounding at bevel portion. Differentiation between blade and butt. Slightly visible reduction in shoulder between butt and blade. Bevel is continuous on blade. Cutting edge is curved and sharp.
