Humans are a curious bunch! Follow in the footsteps of the daring Polynesian explorers who first made Aotearoa their home, and hear about the European voyagers who later ventured south.
How did these early navigators find their way across the vast Pacific Ocean? What skills, knowledge, and courage did it take to survive and thrive in a new land?
Through stories, science, and hands-on exploration, students will learn about the incredible feats of navigation, adaptation, and discovery that shaped the history of Aotearoa.
