Adze, Toki

Complete adze. Greenish white stone. Rectangular cross-section. The surface is ground with flake scars on the back and butt. Saw scar on the proper right side. The butt is differentiated from the blade by a groove on the front of the stone. The bevel is continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is sharp, curved and asymmetrical. There is some white paint-like colour smudged on the back.
