Complete adze. Cross-section is oval Surface is mostly bruised, front and back sides have ground patches on chin of blade. No differentiation between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade, blade is blunt and curved.

Complete adze. Cross-section is asymmetrical. Surface is mostly flaked, bevel of blade is ground. No differentiation between butt and blade , sides taper towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade, blade is sharp and curved.

Broken adze (blade remaining). Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is mostly ground, flaking on both sides of back, PR side of front has a small flake. Butt not present. Bevel is demarcated by a line, blade is sharp and curved, chipped.
