Broken Adze, Missing a portion of the cutting edge and bevel on the proper right side. Asymmetrical cross-section. The blade is ground, and bruised with some flaking. There is no differentiation between the butt and the blade. The sides of the blade taper towards the poll. The bevel is demarcated by a faint lip. The cutting edge is sharp and curved, the proper right half of the cutting edge is broken and not present.

Complete Adze Oval cross-section. The front of the blade is largely ground the back is ground and bruised. The sides of the blade are bruised. There is no differentiation between the butt and the blade. The sides taper towards the poll end. The bevel is continuous. The cutting edge is blunt and curved. It is heavily chipped and broken.
