Complete adze. Stone. Black. Cross-section is oval. Surface is ground on lower blade, bruised on rest of adze. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved. Black's Farm Heriot written on back.

Complete chisel. Stone. Green. Cross-section is decagonal. Surface is mostly ground, some flaking. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Two sided blade, both bevels demarcated by lines, cutting edge is sharp and straight, chipped. Black's Farm Heriot written on side.

Broken adze (large fragments from sides missing). Dark grey. Cross-section of remaining is rectangular. Too little of butt remaining to determine differentiation between butt and blade. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved, lightly chipped. Black's Farm Heriot written on front.
