Secretary, Mapoutahi Pa Committee to The District Railway Engineer, My men erected the notice-board we discussed on the landward side of the neck joining Mapoutahi Pa with the mainland. Three people were refused permission to enter the Pa and a party member was attacked by a dog. An official of the Railway Department claims to be acting on orders from me or you. Please speak to him.
