Includes copy of Through Bill of Lading (shipment details) details that in the boxes there are Indian stone implements and weapons, Egyptian Palaeolithic implements, Irish neoliths, Roman Bronze, pins and lamps, and Palestinian pots.

letter, 24/07/1930, Louis J Vangione Akaroa to H D Skinner, Discussing 3 books that he has come across that depict photos and descriptions of Maori and Moriori relics. Detailing finds at a peninsula in Akaroa, including of several tattooing needles and pins made of albatross wing bone, and one of a human fibula. Says he will send Skinner one of each specimen, and gives a description of each. Also inquires about the purpose of a whale bone specimen he found.
