Complete adze. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is ground on bevel and front lower blade, flaked on other surfaces with some bruising on sides. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, front and sides tapers towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved, chipping along cutting edge.

Partial patu onewa, with bottom of blade and part of main body split off, no tau or perforation. Handle and most of blade present. Surface of patu rough and unfinished. Reduced at shoulder where blade meets neck.

Complete sinker with faint transverse lashing groove.

Broken slate knife. All edges are broken. Both surfaces are ground. Flake scars on one surface.

Broken adze (butt remaining). Greywacke. Light grey, light brown. Cross-section is trapezoidal with back narrower than front. Surface is bruised. Sides of butt taper towards poll. Bevel and cutting edge not present. "Upper Waitaki" written on proper left.

Broken adze (blade remaining, though previously in 2 pieces, now fixed). Basalt. Mid grey, dark grey. Cross-section is asymmetrical. Surface is mostly ground, flaking on proper left of back and proper right side. Sides taper towards broken edge. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved, large chip on proper right side. "Waitaki" written on front.
