Complete adze. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is ground, with some light bruising around sides. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, proper left side does not reduce, but proper right side tapers heavily towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved, lightly chipped. "Sumner" written on front.
