Incomplete adze, blade and bevel end only. Dark grey stone. The cross-section is round at the bevel end and irregular rectangular at the other. The surface is flaked and bruised, and ground on all sides of the bevel end. There is no butt, but a reduction in the front and back of the blade. The bevel is continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is narrow, sharp and straight.

Incomplete adze, bevel end only. Green stone. The cross-section is quadrangular. The surface is smooth at the bevel end, with flake scars at the other end. There is no butt. The bevel is demarcated by an irregular ridge and change in surface. The cutting edge is straight and sharp.

Complete adze. Stone. Dark grey. Cross-section is oval. Surface is mostly bruised, with some ground areas on blade. Minor differentiation between butt and blade, front and sides reduced forming a small shoulder. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved, chipped along cutting edge. Otahiri Southland written on front and back.
