Complete adze. Dark green and black pounamu. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is ground and bruised with sawing marks on proper right side. No differentiation between butt and blade; sides are tapered towards the poll. Bevel is demarcated by a straight line. Cutting edge is curved and sharp. "Long Beach" inscription
