Major differentiation between butt and blade, with front of butt reduced to form two ridges; sides of butt slightly reduced. Bevel is demarcated by a change in surface. Cutting edge is not present due to flaking. "Lee Stream" inscription.

Adze roughout. Dark grey stone. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is flaked. Front of the butt is reduced, with a ridge created from flake scars; sides taper toward poll. Bevel is demarcated by an unfinished ridge. Cutting edge is straight and flaked. "Lee Stream." inscription.

Back of the adze is reduced on the butt and on the blade to form a prominent ridge. Bevel is demarcated by a curved line. Cutting edge is curved and sharp. "Lee Stream." inscription.

Complete adze. Black stone. Surface is ground and flaked. Cross-section is trapezoidal on the butt and the cutting edge, with back narrower than the front, and circular in the centre of the adze. Front and sides of the butt are reduced; sides slightly tapered toward the poll. Bevel is continuous with the blade. Adze is tapered toward the cutting edge, which is not present due to flaking. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Bevel is demarcated by a line, cutting edge is sharp and curved, one chip along cutting edge.
