Complete adze Rectangular cross-section. The surface is mostly ground with some bruising and flaking on the sides and poll. There is no differentiation between the butt and the blade. The sides of the blade taper towards the poll. The bevel is continuous. The cutting edge is sharp and slightly curved.

Broken basalt adze, blade remaining in two pieces. Dark grey in colour. Cross-section is oval. Surface is ground on front and back, with bruising and flaking along sides. Sides of blade taper towards broken edge. Proper left side of cutting edge remaining, sharp and curved. Bevel is continuous with blade.
